Disgusting. I ordered several items, paid for them, got an order confirmation. As usual. Several days later I got a notification stating that all the ordered items were out of stock at the moment of ordering. I would really believe this BS if not one BUT. But at the moment of ordering everything was in stock. I doubt your system would let me order something that’s not available. So you have to question themselves, not me. Anyway, it’s terrible that they cancel the order without asking me. If the items were out of stock, I would have waited, ya know. I don’t need them urgently, but I actually wanted to have them. Oh well, looks like I will just shop at the different place. By the way, they promised to refund with no problem. Only I haven’t received anything yet. When I do, I will update the complaint and tell you whether the refund was full or not.
