The name of the practice I am affiliated with says it all. We provide supportive therapy, empowering people toward their personal version of success. As a clinical social worker, I provide therapy from the standpoint of a mentor, teacher, as well as a guide, in order for clients to have control over their treatment. I use an eclectic mixture of approaches, including strength based, psychoeducational, narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies. Meeting clients where they are is what we do best!At this time, new clients are accepted on a case by case basis as space is limited. My life experiences have made me passionate about what I do.. I try to teach my clients something they are curious about every time they see me, but I also allow my clients to teach me. This makes developing personalized treatment plans easier, resulting in a more collaborative therapeutic approach.
