Taking an integrative and holistic approach that incorporates traditional psychological methods with new innovations in EMDR, energy psychology (EFT), neuroscience, and mindfulness, we will work together to facilitate quick and lasting change. If you have long-standing trauma, depression, or anxiety that has been resistant to other types of treatment, you will receive rapid results using an integrative approach. I also work with couples experiencing problems in their relationship using the Gottman method.My approach is individualized depending on the needs of each particular client. Traditional methods such as psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy are used along with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), hypnosis, and mindfulness. Clients are able to experience enduring and rapid results in a short amount of time.I obtained a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Duquesne University in 2002. I have practiced psychology in Pennsylvania and Florida in a variety of settings with people of all ages. I founded Melbourne Integrative Psychology in 2016 because of my strong commitment to a whole mind-body-energy approach.
