Ordered wrinkle creams – for trial- after seeing ellen degeneres advertisement- got product- saved receipt- no reference for price of product or mention i would be charged. Got my bank statement and noticed two charges- one for $88.28 not refunded and one for $89.73 refund received. I called both 800 numbers refusing charges. Only one responded – i hear they are connected- sounds like a similar connections between shoppers advantage and great fun scheme that got me too. Hopefully you can help. I have already made several phone calls and am currently out of the country until may so i can not follow up more than i already have. .
