The case was set up on a contingent basis but he actually sent me an email demanding ($489.02) money for the file. | I referred mr mierswa to the il rules of professional conduct, where it says he cannot hold my file. | Mr mierswa still has my file and won’t give it back. | Since then mr mierswa has acted extremely unprofessional.
