LAX AUTO has the worst customer’s service and I would NOT recommend this company for the terrible services I had experienced there.
You won’t receive a good experience and I know this from my experience. I bought a car and expected quick services from paperwork to car deal agreements. I had high expectations from this car purchase but I didn’t receive services as promised.
I didn’t like working with unprofessional people on paperwork and other documentation and the whole time I spent at the car dealership, I felt disappointed and unhappy talking to rude staff members.
Most of the paperwork wasn’t explained in detail and didn’t make sense to me.
I filled in forms and more forms have been filled to finalize details of the car purchase. I thought this process won’t end of paperwork and more paperwork from LAX AUTO.
I noticed the cheap rates on cars weren’t provided in detail to me. As a customer, I expected an open and clear conversation of the car dealership and about the agreements. For some reason, they weren’t interested in the discussion of company policies.
They aren’t experts in cars and aren’t trained to sell cars to customers. At this company, LAXAUTO, I encountered dishonest people and scammers. The focus is on taking my money from me and to sell me the poor-quality car. No refunds on upfront fees and hidden fees and I felt I was taken in by thieves.
They promised everything will go fine and they control paperwork, but this is just some smooth talk from scammers.
I had no calls from the company since I left them, and this shows me lack of communication skills and no respect for customer’s service.
I dreamed of having my new car and couldn’t have it due to the delayed paperwork and unqualified staff working at the paperwork.
They don’t know to fill in correct details in the correct spaces.
My experience led me to another car dealership and have no intentions of going back there again.
There’s no prompt, and care in what they offer to customers and I didn’t get to experience walking out with a smile from LAX AUTO.
Poor workmanship and no guidance from staff for me to gather information about the company didn’t make me feel good of the car deal.
I expected the best customer’s service but realized it won’t happen here and they failed to contact me of paperwork details for car deal agreements. I had no easiness when I was going to purchase my car and that made me feel unpleased from LAXAUTO. I wish I hadn’t gone there for a car purchase. It is up to no good to deal with the poor quality of tools for cars and poor management of a company. I found everything at LAX AUTO of poor quality, and of negative feelings toward me. A company isn’t professional when they ignore customer’s services and customer’s needs, I don’t recommend LAX AUTO for the terrible customer’s services I had from here.
