Same as July 6, review. I ordered a free sample of Le Allure serum, it then asked for my card information (for shipping charges) then took me to two other pages for moisturizer and eye cream, there was no way to back out so I selected each one thinking I could empty my cart but it automatically placed the order. I recieved the order and a couple of weeks later two transactions were deducted from my account, & 036;97 and & 036;98 both from Le Allure. However, when I called the number provided I was told that they would not issue any refund but, they’d give me an oh so wonderful deal on all further products (80& 37;). I said I’d be happy for them to refund 80%of what they had already charged me. She insisted that the rules would not allow a refund. I think I will go ahead with a dispute on my credit card and check back here for information on a class action fraud suit. Hope y’all find a way to make that stick!
