I went to a presentation at Le Reve resort in Mexico. The pitch was that they would sell my other timeshares if I would join their membership. I wanted to consolidate my travel options so this sounded like a good option. I paid about $9000.00 on my mastercard and the balance of approximately $9000.00 was to be charged within 60 days. I was to have my 3 timeshares put into an escrow account handled by Tulip Marketing. I was to receive payment within 270 days. That has passed and at first , Tulip Marketing was answering stating that all was in progress. They no longer answer my calls or emails. The person there was Teresa Lopez and I also spoke to an Edith when they were answering calls. I called the sales dpartment at Le Reve and they assume no responsibilty for Tulip Marketing although they wrote and siged the contract involving them to execute the sale and to pay rental fees for any weeks I deposited with them. Apparently I was scammed. My timeshare fees are due and they have no record of them being in escrow. I in no way needed more timeshares. The only motivation fo me to buy this membership was to consolidate travel options. .
