My passion is helping others ! I work with those struggling with anxiety and depression to obtain balance in their life through supportive therapy. We will conquer the anxiety of life through meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy and humor. I am here to help you.I specialize in treating anxiety and depression. I have worked specifically with those struggling with eating disorders for 15 years in various settings, including residential settings. In addition to anxiety and depression, I am excited to be helping patients coping with pregnancy. This includes infertility and postpartum anxiety and depression. I believe the relationship is the most important part of therapy. I am a supportive therapist who acknowledges how difficult it is to ask for help. You are not alone. Together, we will create goals for therapy and various ways to achieve them.
