My clinical approach emphasizes the importance of diversity, as I was raised in Israel and have been exposed to a great variety of cultures. My treatment approach is culturally focused, as I believe that each individual is unique to his or her background, and validating this is vital for a holistic recovery. I am fluent in Hebrew, and very familiar with the Jewish/Israeli community of South Florida, guiding clients who are in need for a sense of a community. I am passionate about helping others explore their authentic-self, strengths, and achieve their dreams.I am dedicated to my clients, and work with both adolescents and adults with a broad spectrum of diagnoses and struggles, such as addiction, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, problems adjusting, and skills coaching. In addition to individual/family therapy, I develop and facilitate varied therapy groups at the Delray Center.My main therapeutic objective is to teach my clients empowerment, validation, and self-worth. I carefully attend to each client by implementing appropriate and ethically sensitive interventions. My main goal as a clinician is to guide my clients to become their own therapists with effective skill building and coping strategies.
