VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE of Legging Army! My mom purchased me leggings for Christmas. We are first time buyers. The pants came with a hole in the butt that wasn’t noticed until I put them on. (ie – I removed and threw out the tags.) A half hour after I put them on my mom noticed a hole in the butt. We reached out for a replacement, not even a refund and got a big fat NO. I went to their facebook page and wrote a review… (literally the above text) and they said they don’t issue refunds due to threats and blocked me! Looks like it’s back to LuLaRoe as they have common sense when dealing with customers. It’s worth the $9 extra dollars. This review is going EVERYWHERE leggingarmy or should I call you ripoffarmy.
