We are furious because we can’t get a refund on the pool we hoped to put on this year and the price went up despite the contract. They were trying to charge us $4000 for pool steps that are $800 at their cost. We attempted nice communication only to be ignored by the owner and verbally abused by the manager. Karl, the manger said Mile, the owner made up his mind and “Il turning a deaf ear to it all.” What? They need to be shut down. They are a major rip off and steal people’s money!
