I had the worst encounter with Leith Alfa Romeo of Raleigh after they sold me a faulty car last month. This is not what I imagined my first car would be.
I love traveling and touring different places when I am not working. During my past adventures, I used to hire public transport or hire a car from local dealers in Raleigh. I tried contacting the customer support through the live section, but there were unavailable. The company called me later that evening booking me an appointment to see their collection, checks the condition of the car, and discusses the prices. Since I was not familiar with their physical address, I tried to ask for directions, but the managers hanged up on me. The company offered an exclusive collection of used cars, but my heart had settled for one used 2019 Alfa Romea Giulia RWD, which was a bit expensive, but I was hoping to negotiate the price a bit. After a lengthy negotiation, I came to learn the car was five months old and in its perfect condition. In addition to this, the manager added me a two months warranty. The deal seemed attractive to me and was ready to complete the paper as soon as possible. After two days, the manager had everything available. I was supposed to sign a few documents and pay for the car. Since the manager assured me the car was in its best condition, I paid the full amount and left in my vehicle.
I was happy with my car for a few days until it started developing engine complications. At first, I thought this was normal before I had it examined by a mechanic. The mechanic claimed the engine had worn out parts that had to be replaced. This shocked me as I bought the car in perfect condition. I tried calling the manager to claim the two-month warranty he had offered during the purchase, but he did not pick up my call. I could not bear spending money on spare parts, yet the car was new, so I returned to Leith Alfa Romeo of Raleigh. To my surprise, the company was not ready to take liability and fix my car despite having a two months warranty. After a week of claiming repair services, I finally gave up and catered for the expenses. This cost me a lot of money, and I am never buying another used car, especially from Leith Alfa Romeo of Raleigh.
