Les Zieve

I am filing this report against Les Zieve and his company, as they are foreclosing on my house, of which they aren’t the trustee on record. The service proveder clainms to be Champion Mortage, and they arebn’t either. Anyway, Les Zieve has done unlawful business practices by trying to foreclose on my house and they had an auction on November 17, and fortunately, they didn’t get it sold. It has been put on trulia. com without my knowledge, and so far it hasn’t sold after 178 days. Les Zieve has been proven to be a scam, as all their business practices are unlawful. I am 68 years old with a reverse mortgage, and they just don’t care if I lose my home or not. They need to be put out of business for good, as I am willing to do anything to make it happen. | I don’t understand how a company like this has been allowed to do what they have been doing and not stopped. I am willing to do what I can to stop them. I certainly can’t afford to lose my home. I have done a lot of research, and I found out that I bought my home just by signing with One Reverse Mortgage. My signature bought the house and so therefore, I don’t owe the trustee or Champion Mortgage anyting. | I am very ticked off at them that they have ripped so many people off, and not give a thought about it. I want them put out of business as soon as possible.
