I paid for a PALS certification class in full. The class was unprofessional, late, no text books provided and no cards provided afer successful completion of the course. The instructor ‘promisd’ that the cards would be delivered in the mail. Ithas been 4 weeks of complaint to instructo with broken promises and still no cards. I expect a full refund. .
