I made the mistake of ordering a Lifeproof case for my I phone in April. After receiving the case, I discovered that I had the wrong model…..It was my fault. I contacted Lifeproof and inquired about a return or refund. I was sent an answer saying I could return my case for a refurn,,,,less a restocking fee. I sent the case back,,,,and 4 weeks later I receive an email saying that they just noticed that they didn’t ship my case????? I reply with an question as to the whereabouts of my refund. Their next reply was that I can’t return my case???? it has been over 30 days…I reply that I already sent back….now they are saying they never received….wow…..very unprofessional and unorganized company…..would recommend to anyone,,,,Don’t order from Lifeproof……
