Stay away from this Landlord, your rent will easliy double after all the hidden costs in the 65 page lease. Roof leaks and Landlord does not repair. Empty promises, bad electric in building, A/C does not cool because Landlord shuts it down by timer. Landlord is nasty, and cheap. If it is not spelled out in lease he will not help. Simple one room office, and I received a bill for $3,500.00 for taxes due (he says its my share) I am afraid since I understand Landlord wants me to also pay electric, building repairs and improvement. Landlord is a control freak, if you want to hang picture on the wall he wants you to ask permission. I will bemoving out at the end of the lease. I should have never moved in.
