10/06/17- 7:14pm @ I called Life Touch due to having questions regarding my child photos as I noticed there were some missing so I wanted to call to follow up maybe I missed something or misunderstood what came in the package. A lady answered as if she was at home, Hello? no intro no identifying herself. I asked was this Life Touch she says yes.. I give her my information and she wants to know who placed the order, how etc. I give her the info every time she was ask me a question she would cut me off. I would attempt to explain my concern she would speak over me as if she was so anxious to get what she had to say out while lead to more frustration on my end b/c she wasn”t listening to me. I asked to be transferred to someone else due to her not listening and talking over me. I told her I did not like her tone and she was very rude. she hung up on me. I called back got an Indian speaking woman (thought it would be different WRONG! she was the exact same) way she did not identify herself I asked her name she refused to tell me her name. She asked me what did I want.. I asked for the name again and she hung up on me. I called again and now Megan answered who happen to be the first rep I spoke with. After I told her about her self and the dissatisfaction of her services I hung up on her. I never got anything accomplished with those two and phoned in on Monday and was able to get a resolution. But later found out the Indian speaking woman was a supervisor. GO Figure.. Guess the staff is just following the lead. TERRIBLE!!! FYI

2nd year in a row, we preordered and paid for school photos via LifeTouch. 2nd year in a row they somehow ‘lost’ our order and will have to reprocess them and mail them out in 3-4 weeks!! They have no email address on the website to reach customer service, the Chat function was not available anytime I tried, I called and waited on hold for OVER AN HOUR. Each time I tried the option that would hold my place in line and allow a representative to call me when my turn came up, it kicked me back onto hold and back to the end of the line! I literally had NO options but to sit on hold for an HOUR. When my call was finally answered, I could barely understand the woman’s broken english. She kept repeating herself and reading scrips that in no way pertained to my issue. She couldn’t find my order despite my reciting half a dozen different identifiers to her, I have no way of knowing if our photos are actually being processed or if we’ll ever receive them. Beyond frustrating, I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again.

After dealing with Lifetouch for 10 years, I have come to the following conclusions. This company is completely sexist and the worst managed corperation I have every known. I understand teh companies are in business to make money, but this company is doing its best to destroy itself. They constantly hire and promote men over women, no matter how much more qualified the woman is. I watched two male regional managers get complaints about sexual harassment and nothing ever happens to them and the employeea soon disappear. They can do that because the poor pay, lack of training and absolutely no support of their employees. Local management is a joke, because they never hold the managers to any quotas or standards. They just lay off employees when revenue is low. They could correct the management issues and save enough money to keep the staff with pay raises, but choose to overlook any management issues. The sales person, who is a well endowed looker, has never improved sales, but has constantly lost accounts, but has never been displined or, much less fired. However, when she threatened to quit, she was allowed to start working from home and still lost accounts. Simple scheduling is so poor, the loss of money for it alone could make the office profit!! This company disgust me and look forward to it failing in the near future. I have never seen a company continue to operate very long with this kind of pathetic operations.

After placing an order I have been attempting to get in touch with customer service to correct the portrait ID being used. I originally called immediately after placing the order, waited on hold for 20 minutes and then was told that the representative couldn’t do anything because the order cannot viewed for at least 24 hours. He stated he was placing notes on my account so that when I called back they would know what was going on. This was on a Friday. On Monday I called back and again was immediately placed on hold. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before I finally managed to find the live chat feature online but the person I was chatting with just couldn’t understand what I was asking for. I went around in circles with her for something that I was told would be really easy to fix until I finally just gave up and told her I would just call and speak with someone. So I called back to speak with someone over the phone and was then placed on a 45 minute hold (seriously!). This is definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! And the live chat feature is really difficult to find and not always available! After leaving my live chat I went back to the feature and it is no longer available!

After waiting nearly 7 weeks to get school pictures back, both of my kids finally came home with the lifetouch envelopes. I was excited to see their pictures only to find an empty envelope. No pictures. Only the small card with tiny pictures on it for ordering. We paid nearly $50 for each kids picture package. (Of course the checks were cashed by the company shortly after pictures were taken.) I tried calling the company, but there was a 40 minute wait on hold. They mentioned in their recording while I was on hold that they had a live chat option on their website but apparently that was unavailable at that time because it kept telling me that they had no representatives available. I finally was given the option of leaving my number and they’d get back to me. They called back over an hour later and I was connected with a man with a heavy accent who was difficult to understand. After giving him my information, I was told that I should be receiving my kids pictures in 3 weeks or so. I’m not entirely sure what we will be getting anymore since i couldn’t understand some of what he was saying. At this point, I am so incredibly disappointed in their service. I wont be ordering from this company again.

August 26th I ordered school photos and the company charged my credit card. My son was sick the day of school photos and missed. I contacted their abysmal customer service (it takes an hour to get a call back) and then they appear to be untrained in customer service all together. The guy can not locate my son but he also couldn’t understand English very well. He assured me that on picture retakes day I would have to do nothing at all and my sons pictures would be retaken. Picture retake came and went and they did NOT retake his photo. Now I had to wait an hour again for an agent. They can’t find him and again the agent can’t understand me so I’m not even sure he is looking for the right person. At this point I just want my money back from this company. I ask to speak to a manager and they advise me a manager will have to call me back and that would be in 3-4mins. Well that time came and went and now I have to spend another 50min waiting for customer service again. This company has taken my money and not provided a service. Back on September 3rd 2009. My daugher had her school pictures taken. She turned in the payment and proceeded with her pictures. The school gets the pictures back and my daughters pictures were not there. I spoke with her school and come to find out about 50% of the pictures never showed up. So I look on line and they never cashed the check and I have tried to get help with there customer service department with no luck. I have paid for her school pictures since she was in Kindergarden and sh is now in 10th grade and this is the first year I will not have school pictures.

Been trying to reach a customer service rep/ supervisor for WEEKS now. Always very lengthy hold times. Last night waited an HOUR and 20 MINUTES and finally got through, but the rep spoke little English and was hard to understand. My call began at 4:58pm and ended at 6:27 pm with NOTHING RESOLVED. I still have NOT received the digital download which I ordered in October. At this point I would like a refund, but can’t get through to customer service. I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

Dear Lifetouch Customer Service, I want to take a few minutes to make you aware of an experience that I had here, in Michigan, at one of your portrait studios. It isn’t like me to typically complain or say anything negative about a business unless the circumstances are truly awful, and I have no vested interest in writing a negative online review and steering other customers away. But I am extremely unhappy with my own session and the outcome, and I would appreciate it if you take what I’m about to tell you into consideration, for the purpose of improving your customer service in the future. I decided to go to JC Penney Portraits in Brighton, Michigan this past Friday, April 19, 2019, because I needed business headshots for my linkedin profile. While there, I also asked the photographer to take a couple of silly/amusing photographs as an inside joke to give to my girlfriend. I chose JCP/Lifetouch because, frankly, I didn’t have the funds to pay a higher end local photographer. The funny photos were great (very easy to do), but in the case of the headshots I can’t say the same. The photographer, Claire, was friendly, professional, pleasant and funny during the session, and put me at ease. However I can’t say the same for her technical skills. Nor was I happy with the set-up in the studio itself. The lighting seemed unreasonably harsh to me – flat, overexposed, no definition – but prone to creating huge dark circles under my eyes that are not visible in other photographs of me taken of late. I found the angles chosen by the photographer to be uniformly unflattering, and when I suggested that she change it, she was willing to do so, but the changes made it a hundred times worse. She also didn’ t seem to know how to pose me correctly – when she did a face-on, for instance, she had me sit with a crooked posture that makes me look like a hunchback. She never suggested a waist up photo when that would have been fine for business, although I see after the fact that these are promoted on your site. I bought a package of three digital images for $80, and then (improbably) ordered a couple of prints at the request of my girlfriend, as a courtesy to her. She likes the photos because they are of me. But I absolutely hate them, more than any pictures of myself I’ve ever seen. I find them not simply unflattering, but repugnant. In fact, I took the most palatable image and have asked a photographer friend to do substantial retouching/overhauls with the image, digitally. She keeps saying, “Whoever took this had no idea what they were doing.” I started to call the studio and schedule retakes, but what is the point, really? I can tell you that I will not be going back, to any of your stores. This cost me over $100 and I don’t have a single usable image without a lot of work in digital/post/retouching. i do hope that you will take what I’ve had to say into consideration in improving your customer service, moving forward. Firstly I’d like to start off by saying this has got to be one of the most disorganized companies I’ve had do deal with. And I will be contacting our school superintendent about the possibility of hiring a new portrait company for my children’s school. I have 2 daughters (10th grade, 3rd grade) so diff schools but nevertheless they both used Lifetouch. Both of my girls had their pictures taken at Open house (8-8 & 8-12), I ordered their portraits on 8/30. It is now November 20 as I wrote this! 3 months later here I sit still to wonder where are my daughters portraits ?? I’ve contacted their 800 # which is their “customer service” line and I’ve only spoken to the same lady ALL 4-5 times I’ve called. The lady doesn’t speak English very well and to be honest I don’t think she understands me half the time. The first time I called was on 9/30, the lady stated she’d reissue both packages again that nothing was on file about my pictures on what happened?? Umm ok. So the only thing that saved me was having my confirmation #’s from my orders. So after about an hour on the phone i was told they’d be reissued. Fast forward to mid Oct, figured I’d better call them again and see if any progress is being made… guess what? No info avail again on my pictures. So another 45 minutes on the phone with going over conf #’s, addresses and etc and they’ll be resent, AGAIN. Oh I will also mention I tried to get the lady to connect me w a supervisor and to no avail or I waited on hold 25 mins I think was the longest, so yea that doesn’t work either. 11-6, still no pictures so I call again. Well we already know what happened (repeat previous steps), I mean this is just ridiculous by now. So questions for Lifetouch: Why the same lady EVERY time to answer your “customer service” line? I mean did u just train the poor lady to play dumb when people call? If so shame on you, cus I could imagine how many angry people she deals w on a daily basis. I’ve checked the BBB on your company and you don’t have a good track record what so ever. I honestly do not know how you’re still in business. Let me guess though, not a lot of competition maybe. So idk I’ve more less given up on the pictures cus I refuse to get my blood boiling over this company any longer. It just sux cus these are our children’s school portraits you’re talking about and I’m sure every parent that ordered pictures, want them !

For a few years, I have ordered my grandson”s school pictures and year book through Lifetouch website. My grandson”s parents were unable to order so I took on the responsibility. For the entire time that I have ordered the pictures and year book, I have received the product that I paid for. This year, I ordered Spring Pictures on 4/16/18, pictures were taken on 4/17/18. I did not receive the pictures. I waited patiently, when I called the school, they had not received my grandson”s pictures. I called Lifetouch and was informed that the pictures had been mailed to the school on 4/27/18. Prior to this the pictures had always been mailed to my house. On 6/5, I called Customer Service and spoke with Joel (approx. 12:35 pm), he apologized and re-entered the order. I received my order confirmation at 2:15 pm. The replacement order was less than the dollar amount on my original order and what was deducted from my account. I called back to Customer Service and had Remy on the phone, he said that he needed to get a supervisor, I waited for 20 minutes, when supervisor Catida finally got on the line, she said that she couldn”t send me the pictures since I was not the legal guardian, only the grand-parent. There wasn”t a problem with the orders that I had placed the years prior, nor was there a problem, at 12:35 pm the same day, when I thought that my problem was resolved. LIFETOUCH HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, but they had a problem with being the grandmother. I told them that I wanted my money back and that I would NEVER order from them again. CATIDA THE “SUPERVISOR” DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION! I can”t fault the other representatives, but the supervisor is another story. In my opinion, she should not be in a supervisory position. IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT LIFETOUCH PROVIDES, IS WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE PLACE AN ORDER WITH THE COMPANY! ****HOW CAN THEY HAVE MY ORDER HISTORY, ALL INFORMATION BEING THE SAME…AND QUESTION MY ORDER ENTRY…PURE DISCRIMINATION!!! I WILL CERTAINLY INFORM THE SCHOOL AND EVERYONE THAT I KNOW OF THE POOR SERVICE I RECEIVED!!!

For the last 3 times of school pictures my son’s hair looks terrible and he has the weirdest faces going on. I have done my son’s hair and made sure he looked nice but he is 7. Do they not try to make the kids look good anymore? No asking them to straighten out their hair or to try smiling a different way anymore? Heck, when I was a child they offered combs if your hair was a mess. I give up and will just start taking him to get them done. Too much money to get pictures I can’t even show to anyone.

I purchased the cd of my toddlers preschool photos, they told me via chat that the resolution would “certainly” allow for 11×14 prints… Nope can not even print an 8×10 Seriously!!!. I tried to do another chat but it is not “available” and there is no contact info. I sent an email over a week ago and no response. Regardless of what theor solution would be they should have emailed me. Do not purchase from this company. Go to a portrait studio. Low resoltion photos that I paid $60 for three poses and can not even use them!!! I will next file a complaint with my form of payment. I am think about also turning this over to our lawyer as petty as it may seem, this is not good practice and is a scam.

Greetings. My child had Picture Retake at Lithia Springs High School in Lithia Springs, Georgia today and when he gave the photographer his picture package he was asked why he wanted a retake, was told he shouldn’t have had a sweatshirt on and then told he looked “constipated.” The photographer proceeded by making him take off his zip up jacket and strip down to his white undershirt/t-shirt in order to take his retake. This not only ruined my son’s day, but I believe to be unacceptable. His clothing met the school’s dress code standards and there should have been no reason whatsoever he had to come out of his garments he wore to school. Hello my husband and I where scheduled an appointment Friday Dec 28 at the PTC Hampton Va location. I”m not much of a complainer but I wanted to take the time to share how this poor sweet young man was truly giving everything his all but it was amazing that the young man was handling EVERYTHING! The gentlemen”s name was Monty and he had assisted us from the moment we walked, up until the moment we walked out! I asked the young man for the manager on duty and the gentleman tried everything in him to fix what was wrong but I simply wanted to give the compliment to his team leader because Mr Monty was doing an amazing job for being the only employee on the floor. The young man needs a RAISE !! Because if you would”ve just seen my family in this tiny location you would agree.

I am a former board member for Caldwell Youth Baseball League, current coach and 10 year business sponsor for CYBA baseball teams. This last spring season 2018, Lifetouch-Boise never delivered on the sponsor plaques the President of CYBA had been corresponding with Lifetouch Boise and MONTHS after they should of been delivered STILL nothing had been resolved. Needless to say the CYBA board decided to take the business to your competition. I was very frustrated as a longtime business sponsor in not getting my sponsor plaque. We as a business take great pride in sponsoring youth sports and knowing that the sponsorship get you a plaque encourages businesses to continue to sponsor. I was needless to say very disappointed in Lifetouch and the local office seemed incapable of resolving the situation, … UNTIL I called and spoke to Taylor Jordon from the Boise-Lifetouch. He was unaware of the situation until I told him what had happened and explained that many, many people and businesses had been let down. He jumped into action and personally gave me his assurances that he would resolve the problem. He resolved the problem, ordered the plaques, kept in constant communication and updated me every step along the way and all of this in less than 10 days. ALOT of local businesses are very happy to be receiving there sponsor plaques, late but getting them regardless. This communication is to let LIFETOUCH know of our complaint, yet having good people like Taylor Jordan is what WILL keep you in business. I am a senior at Richlands high school in Va. I took my school senior pictures for the year book in July of this summer, and have yet to receive even my proofs!!! When everyone else has. I have tried calling and asking for help and no one has answers as to why I haven’t got them yet When they say they “mailed” them out but I never even got them . I am a senior in Highschool and I took my senior pictures 1 month and a week ago. I was guaranteed to receive my picture proofs via mail and mailbox yet within 2-3 weeks from the date of my session. It was been 5 weeks and I have not received them yet. I contacted Lifetouch via email and I have not heard back from them yet. I am a staff that had my picture taken and the first picture as horrible the way they had me put my chin down and all. I asked if I could do a different one and to have that picture deleted. They said yes, so I took another picture and approved that picture. We got our pictures back today and it’s of the first one I took. That picture was suppose to be deleted and the picture that I took the second time was the one to be put in the year book and given to me. I will not have this photo in our yearbook. I am absolutely appalled at the quality of all 3 of my children’s school pictures this year! You are all way too overpriced for the quality you give back! my boys have a glare in their glasses and their are white spots in their eyes all 3 of them! I have consulted a photographer who has stated it looks like you all tried to fix the glare and failed and it is not good. I want a refund. I will never use lifetouch again. So disappointed! I am starting this petition against Lifetouch Church Directories for its unethical hiring practices. This company makes use of christian bible verses in all of its communication. It should promote these values within their hiring process too. I thought this company would be a Christian type of organization to work for so I had a phone interview and a face-to-face interview with this company. I stated in my phone interview, in which my whole family was present in the room, that in no way would I ever leave my current job for any job that did not offer me a full-time position with medical benefits. I stated this over 4 or 5 times in the phone interview. They told me again and again that I was being interviewed for a full-time position and would obtain medical benefits after 60 days. brought this up again in my face-to-face interview as well. I stated I would only take a position with this company if I obtained these conditions. I told them I would not leave my current position without this. I was told again that I would be obtaining a full-time position with medical benefits after 60 days. They even quoted me the rate for my medical benefits that I would have to pay every two weeks. People are not allowed to lie in interviews and their applications but this company gets away with lying to potential employees. This needs to be stopped now. I had a full-time position with medical benefits so why the heck would I ever go to work for them for anything less? I would not ever do this. I have a two year old son I need to support who also needs medical benefits. Lifetouch told me I would have a full-time position with medical benefits. So, I gave my two weeks notice to my old job which I already had a full-time position with medical benefits. I gave up this job to go work for their company because they promised me a wonderful full-time photography position and then I would receive medical benefits after 60 days. I started training and almost at the end of my training they tell me that you are only being hired as a fill-in position and you will not be working at all during December and January. How can I live on that? I would have been working tons of hours if I had stayed at my current job during the holidays. I would have had so many hours I would not have had time to think. Now I find out right before Christimas that I was only hired for a fill-in position. What am I going to do now? I have a family to take care of and now I have no money coming in, I am out a full-time job that had medical benefits, and I have no position with either company. I find it very wrong that they are allowed to LIE, LIE, LIE but a prospective employee or employee is not able to LIE at all. This company should be made accountable. We need to stop this injustice. We need to make it so companies are not allowed to lie to prospective employees. I am very disappointed in the photo quality this year. They look they were printed off of a desktop color printer. There are streaks going horizontally through the faces and they look super grainy. When I compare to last years prints, it’s night and day. Quality has definitely gone way down hill since last year. For the price you pay, I expect a higher quality product. I could print better quality prints at home.

I am very disappointed on how the Lifetouch Surpevisor can be so careless with NEW clients. will never ever buy any school picture portraits with them very unprofessional customer service rep and supervisor. so I have two daughters and they started kindergarten this year 2017-18, they both were so happy on getting school picture taken and they did on 10/3/2017, I”d actually had sent personal checks to pay the picture packets, well they both got their picture taken and already have them the problem continues with Lifetouch, I had called them on 10/19 to let them know that on 10/14 I had paid with my debit card the picture packet and that I needed them to stop trying to cash my checks well the “Supervisor” said, i”m sorry I can”t do nothing now until the checks get run “three times” I was like, ok but I while “you ” guys try to run those three times “my checks” who”s going to be paying the overdraw fees? she did not answer and said well after that happens we”ll be calling you to let you know about those checks and see what they can do! I was like- well I do understand that but if I”m calling you to let you know I already paid same packets with my debit card and you are telling me that I have to wait until “you guys” get my bank account in negative you”ll be stopping?? what the hell!! I got so pissed off, not only that I just spoke with one of my bank”s rep and they said they tried 4 times already, this guys trying to ripped off people!! if someone is calling to tell you in good manners to stop trying to run the checks I sent for the picture packets because I already paid for them and they”re telling you they can”t do nothing about it until they try 3 or 4 times plus they are going to look into refund you $120.00 of feeds because of it!? that is just messed up! I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the pictures I received from Lifetouch this year. They are completely lacking in professionalism! The back ground is washed out and the picture is grainy, Not to mention the light shining on my daughters forehead. Just terrible and for the price $$$. I have 2 children in Hunterdon Central who uses Milan Photography. Absolutely beautiful pictures far less money and faster turn around. I am also going to make a formal complaint with the school. I am very dissatisfied with your customer service. I just ordered pictures on Monday and now they are offering free shipping I have 2 students at different schools so I”m getting charged 2 shipping fees call today and they say we can”t do anything. I never complain but every time I order from you guys there is a wrong order 1 year I got the complete wrong kids picture wasn”t my child they gave me wrong package another year. I am very unhappy with Lifetouch pictures I called to see if they had I”ll make up day for pictures they told me know that for spring pictures it would take too long only for winter pictures they do it which that is a lie because last year I called to see if they had a makeup day for the winter pictures and I was told no so my kids were unable to take pictures this year for spring pictures which is 2017 I called to see if they were able to take the pictures and if you could order them a later time they don”t do that also I also called to see if they could be photographed together since they were in the same school I was also told me know that they were unable to do that very unsatisfied with the company they can”t do nothing but they want to charge you an arm and a leg for pictures then when my kids did take the pictures my daughter”s hair was all messed up they didn”t even try to tell her to fix it or not and just took the picture very unsatisfied for as much as they charge for the pictures they need to care more about what the kids look like when they do take the pictures or try to help out with the parents with at least letting them take the picture and if you want to order them a later date you have a certain day amount of time to order pictures which they don”t even do that very unsatisfied will not even let my kids take pictures anymore rather go to JCPenney Portraits or somewhere else to take pictures very unsatisfied from 1 to 10 I give a zero.

I called lifetouch about a yearbook I paid for in February. Son never received yearbook so I called & was told they will send 1 by mail to home. Now this is June when I called about the yearbook. Had to call back again a month later. That time was told I would receive a refund. Never got it nor the yearbook. This is the end of July & school is about to begin back. I can”t seem to get my $50 refund. As directed, I sent the portfolio back to Prestige/Lifetouch so that I could get my $50 deposit back. I was sent a check in the mail made out to my son (the wrong person). So I had my son sign the check over to me and then I deposited it through a mobile app. The bank accepted it at first, but then a few days later my bank refused it and took the $50 out of my checking account. This made the check no good and no longer possible to deposit so I called your customer service and was told what to do to get a new check. I did exactly what I was told and then I received a voicemail from your company that she wouldn”t send me a new check because it was already deposited. Confusing to say the least. It WAS deposited but then refused and the money taken back. I called her and left a voicemail with the data and never got a call back. I just want my deposit back. And now I am getting upset. I cannot log on to access my son”s school pictures. The site asks me to “Check your internet connection.” My internet connection is LIGHTNING FAST and there are no issues on my end. I filed a complaint. I am supposed to receive a response in 48 hours. That is completely unacceptable. I chatted with a rep and asked if I could have the background of my original pictures changed and she said yes, told her all my information and what background color I wanted. Well 5 days later I received in the mail pictures of another student from a totally different school. Also another envelope with extras that I ordered which had a different background also from the original shoot and then the reorder placement. Been on hold with them 5:38 at night and then 9:00 am the next day and can not reach them at all. Tried several times and hung up several times . Dialed again and am on hold 20 mins already and nobody answering (10:10) am. Hours are 8am to 8pm so why isnt anyone answering??? Very aggravated with this company. I completely respect every one of your opinions, but I have one of my own. I want to say that I got my pictures taken at Lifetouch in June of last year (2010) and I thought they turned out amazing! Sure, they’re a little pricey, as is any senior portrait place. But just like anything else, you get back what you put into it. So if you wanna go pay $20 for the whole set of pictures, I’m sure they’ll never be close to as good as if you “splurged” a little to make them worthwhile. And come on, give these people a break. You’re never gonna find a company in the world that is perfect. I promise. So just relax a little. You only live life once…why spend it entirely critiquing everyone’s mistakes?

I could not pick up pictures because I need a photo release and cannot find the release or, after trying for almost an hour, I could TALK to a live person. I filled out my child’s picture form and returned it as requested. When I got the proofs back the background color was wrong, the set was not as pictured on the form and I was not too impressed. I reached out to Lifetouch as I just wanted the background color changed because I knew they couldn’t control the other things. I was told there was nothing that could be done and was offered 10 % off. To me the person didn’t seem to care and was trying to push me out the way and get me off of the phone. I asked what I could have done different and was told I should have communicated better with the photographer. My child is at daycare because I work. I do not have time to sit at school monitoring what is happening, if I had that time I would not have her there. I filled out the form I was provided by Lifetouch, yet it was my fault I did not communicate well enough. I received this kind of treatment after being on hold for 30 minutes and having to be called back of course when I am back at work. I have someone who I am going to pay to try to edit the background so I made my purchase. I ordered digital prints, which I normally have same day. It has been several days and they have my money while I do not have a link to the pictures I have paid a lot of money for. The company has found time to push their marketing on me further, but can sent me the product I have paid for. I have currently been holding for 39 minutes on my second call trying to find out where my pictures are. Mean while their chat has not worked as it constantly says cannot connect or off line. I got my daughter’s Spring preview pictures yesterday and it looks like her head was photoshopped on a on her body. Her head is in a weird angle. One of her arms looks stretched out and her other arm is awkwardly flat against her body. It’s ridiculous that they would print those and send them to me! I will never buy any photos from them! Her fall pictures came with her right eye was blurred.

I had to call 13 times to get my sons picture fixed the glare was never fixed I had them retaken retaken and everything now i have to figure how to make sure his picture is in the yearbook since we had them retaken at jc penny portraits. I’m sure someone.will email me back and tell me to call so I can wait 4 hours to be hung up on. I have always purchased school pictures of my children and have never had a complaint with the quality of Lifetouch portraits. The fall photo that was taken of my daughter is a complete disappointment. This is her first photo with glasses and the glasses have a big flash glare on them. I have worn glasses and had Lifetouch photos taken for 30 years and this never was an issue. I am very disappointed to see the flash glare and complete disinterest in taking a quality photo. Many of us purchase these pictures [censored]iday presents for friends and family. With the digital technology of today, I must say that this photo was taken in a rush as with haste. I have been with the local school system for several years. This is the first year that Lifetouch has ever charged faculty and staff for our protrait package. The pictures are reasonalbly good, but not at their prices. This is a rip off. They make enough on the student pictures to still offer us a freebie. I doubt that many if any of the faculty and staff will order pictures.

I have contact life touch severL times regarding the school pictures i bought and never received. Sadly i never received her class pic either. I called the CS line and got a lady who could barely speak english. She told me a 3rd party company in my area would be getting ahold of me. After being on the phone with her for 45 mins i was frustrated. She wouldnt gove me the local companys name, and lord knows I am dreading calling again. I shloudnt have to call multiple times. I paid for the product now send it to me. My other daughter is in 3rd grade at same school and i got both of her pics and class picture. Lifetouch you suck! I have had an issue with Lifetouch ever year my children have been in school. Every. Single. Year. The customer service is terrible. I am currently on hold. For the 4th year in a row because I did not receive one of my children’s photos. While on the phone the individual couldn’t find the 8×10 Modern Collage picture that I had ordered to resend it out. I had to describe it multiple times. Employees should know their products. It is just absolutely ridiculous. I wish the schools would find someone else. I had one instance where it took almost the entire school year to receive retake pictures, and then I had to deal with the screw up for the spring pictures while still waiting for the fall retakes. The worst part about all of these issues are that only one time was I ever offered a refund. One time after 4 years with pictures 2x a year. Ridiculous.

I have had the worst experiences with Lifetouch in Victoria. My first set of graduations photos were terrible and when I scheduled re-take photos at their studio they called me two hours before my appointment to inform me that they didn’t have the robe or collars there that day! Pretty hard to take a Grad photo without those don’t you think? I had my Mom in from out of town and I live a good hour and a half away from the studio, to cancel on me with such short notice ruined my whole day and Mom’s trip. I booked with another company and will never recommend or use Lifetouch myself again.

I have NEVER been so disgusted with a companies customer service. I have had the worse. My son is in kindergarten and we had school photos taken. We got his picture back and you could clearly see where they photoshopped part of his ear out of the picture. Attached to this complaint. I called 3 times and it said my wait would be over 155 minutes !! After trying over 6 times after this whole experience. I have never been able to get a real person on the phone. So I went to chat as that is their preferred message. After waiting for an hour, I got a person, she agreed my picture was bad and reordered it. I never got the new image. Did the whole wait for an hour get a chat person and she reordered it. Finally it came and it was WRONG again. No one had fixed his ear. I get a third person and she promises it will be fixed. What happens…still photoshop error on the digital print. I am so ticked off at the lack of customer service and qualified employees that I am not even going to try again. We are going to do photo retakes and pay for nothing!! If I could never order from this company again I wouldn’t. It has been the worst experience regarding customer service I have ever seen!! And the photo doesn’t even look good!! I am also contacting the school to address what to do in the instance in the future. If I was in charge we would not be ordering from lifetouch again.

I just received my second grader’s school pictures. I was livid that he is wearing his sweatshirt zipped up to his neck. Do the photographers even look at the children and think ‘maybe this child has a really nice shirt underneath and should remove the sweatshirt.’? I just read a similar post from another parent. I just received my sons photos from Harford Tech football and they are horrible, the lighting is super dark and it makes it look like my son has almost black and he has light brown with blonde in his hair there is a major shadow on the pictures giving the wrong lighting and shadow in the background along with the wall giving a very crooked appearance. I need some help. I have been on hold twice today and can’t get in touch with a representative and says no one is available for “chat”. Also it seems I have a 53-67 minute wait. To expect customers to wait that long is unacceptable. I have also tried to communicate with you online by submitting a request, but as soon as I selected “topic” it wouldn’t allow me to submit a request for help, it rerouted me to a phone number that I’ve already called and was put on hold. I’m reaching out today because I would like to see my sons’ pictures and possibly place an order, however, no proof packages have been made available at my sons’ school so that I can view the pictures and place an order. Pictures were taken at least 3-4 weeks ago. I’m not exactly thrilled with how this process is going this year. I’ve never experienced this from lifetouch in the past. Picture proofs should be made available for parents to see and decide if they want to place an order or do retakes, just like they have been in the past. When I type in the number from our school, it states my picture is unavailable. I’ve not been given a “private” number for each of my sons as stated on your website, either. Frustrated momma, here. The whole process for ordering hasn’t been made very clear to parents this year either. We’re dealing with little kids in an elementary school setting and we can’t expect them to relay information back to parents clearly if at all. I’d appreciate a phone call back today if possible (10/21/19). I am available from now until 11:44 am. I won’t be available again until 12:30pm to 1:12pm. I am open at 2:45 and afterward. Thank you.

I noticed a charge on my bank statement, obviously fruadulent! The amount wasn”t huge, but it was still a charge that I did not make. When I called the number associated with this company, I was informed that it would take up to 5 days to correct an credit the amount back to my account. So my money is tied up for a charge that I didn”t make, the company slow to correct, and all I got was their accounting department is small! If I didn”t notice this on my bank statement I wonder how many more times this would have happened with this company…any one else have issues with this particular company? I am wondering if it is a SCAM, trying to gain small funds amount thinking the average person wouldn”t see it or notice it on their banking documents.
