Lindy’s furniture was one of the companies that were rated to be among the best offering good services and their furniture looked sleek and cheek. It trended hence my sister heard about it on social media and got attracted to their services. By that time she had finished building her house thus, she needed some items for that matter. She decided to give them a try, whereby she went there in person to enquire about their items but she was much interested in purchasing her bedroom suite. On her arrival there the staffs she found there seemed to be so rude to her which was against her expectations before her visit there. She greeted them expecting a nice respond but instead they responded a few of them with a low tone as if they were annoyed on a visit there that day. She approached one of the staff in his desk of which he claimed to be so busy and told him to go the next desk for assistance. The second desk she went she found another female staff who was busy listening to music from her headphones connected to her phone while singing at a low tone repeating the song that she was listening unto. She had to touch her to let her know that she wanted to talk to her, unfortunately, that was the biggest mistake she did, the staff got angry giving excuses that she was listening to her favorite song and she never wanted to be destructed by anybody. My sister had no otherwise other than to apologize for what had happened. You can’t imagine she refused to serve her because of her “distracted” by my sister. She never gave up but instead approached the next staff who was there with a lot of fear. That staff was not that careless but she told my sister to have a seat and wait. The guy started talking tea while proceeding with was he was actually doing before my sister had gone there, she had to wait for more than two hours, she actually got tired and asked him if she could inquire about the items they had and their prices more so she wanted to know the price of the bedroom suite which was the key thing that had taken her there. He responded and told her all that she had enquired for and she made her order although the response was not that good. She was disappointed with the process of making her order. Her order stated that it would have taken 6 weeks to be made and shipped that was on 25th May 2019. She had purchased the bedroom suite from Angela. Surprisingly, it is now 16th July 2019 and she is yet to receive her order. She was got worried to an extent she had to call the store to find the status of her order and why it was delayed for all that time. She spoke to Julie who refused to accept the responsibility for the poor customer services and order processing. It was very hard for her to let me know of this but fortunately, she told me. Kindly stay away from them, in case you will need any of their services kindly consider this to make right decisions.
