I regret every penny I have spent at Lineberry Orthodontics and I would advise each and every one of you to stay away from these freaks. I was charged $600 for a simple teeth whitening session and not only that, they charged me $120 in penalty because I was not able to make the full payment at the clinic. I got an appointment at Lineberry Orthodontics for getting a teeth whitening treatment. My family dental guy was out of town and he referred me to the main doc at Lineberry Orthodontics. I went there and the receptionist made me wait for half an hour stating that my appointment is at 5:30 PM and not at 5:00 PM which was totally untrue because I clearly remember that my appointment was set on 5:00 PM. My Google Assistant even set an automatic reminder to remind me that the appointment was at 5 o’clock. And things got worse when I entered the doctor’s room. First off, the hygienist was very forceful. She FORCED my head on the chair and literally told me to “Shut Up and lay back”. She was hurting me and was forcing my mouth to open wide, and when I started to groan, she grabbed my shoulder and squeezed the life out of it. It was a really horrific experience for me. Then the moronic doctor came in. This guy was totally high, you could see that he was struggling to walk like a normal persona and his eyes were all groggy. I’m 100% sure he smoked a joint before coming to the room. He came in and said,” Heyyy, I’m going to be the doctor who will treat you, so what’s the problem.” His breath reeked of weed. I think his breath alone could have made a person high. I told him that I needed a teeth whitening treatment. He took a quick look on my teeth and without doing any further examination he just got his tools and started doing it. There was no communication and it was bothering me. I didn’t know what the hell was he going to do next. He just had a stupid smirk on his face and he wasn’t listening to a SINGLE WORD I was saying. It was like he was living in a different world. After I got done with the doctor, I had to go to the front desk to take care of the bill. I have a dental insurance plan which luckily covered teeth whitening. The receptionist told me that all of their card processing machines are not working right now and I will have to make the payment through cash. I did not see that coming, because no one can expect a clinic like Lineberry Orthodontics to not have a single card machine in working condition. At that time I only had $400 in my wallet and I gave them all of it. They accepted the money and a couple of days later I received an email from a collections company stating that I will have to pay them $320. This is just absurd! Even though I had to pay them the money, I will recommend you to stay away from these money hoggers!
