We obtained a pool liner from Linerworld, 25 guage shark country. Had it introduced by expert pool installers just a week ago. Ran water over night for 8 to 9 hours. When I got up the next morning, and went to check the water level, there was distinctly around 2 feet of water in the pool and the yard was over flowing. The water logged at our lawn and we also tripped walking around that place. We called the organization that introduced the liner for us. They found one opening in the crease about 2inches. They fixed it for us out of courtesy but were very reluctant to do so. However, they also said that since we didn’t buy liner from them, they are not resposible for some other holes if found later. We kept filling our pool, everything seemed fine. But it took more than 4 days to finally fill up the pool. We checked all around within and outside of pool territory, no releases, no gaps. Ran the siphon throughout the day, but still could not spot any holes. Unfortunately, toward the beginning of this morning, when we went out to turn on pool siphon, we noticed that it was down 4 deep inches. Our yard overflowed once more, found another gap, and not certain if there are any more holes. Called Linerworld and they disclosed to me I needed to take close ups of the hole(s). Presently I don’t know how I should do that with 20,000 gallons of water in the pool gradually spilling out and no submerged camera.
I am at a loss and disgusted with their service. They charged me $230.00 for liner, $450.00 for installment. I reported to them that it Can’t be managed without depleting pool once more, to which they strictly denied service. Linerworld Cheated me and it will Cheat you too. Be careful.

Pool cover quality and return policy
Ordered a pool cover with 15 year warranty implying good long lasting quality. It arrives with a 90 day warranty and poor quality. When contacted, they said they would send me an email with instructions to return. Never happened. Went online only to find a 25% restocking fee for the privilege of being the victim of their misleading product description and very restrictive return policy.
I’ve feel like I’ve been robbed.
