I consider myself a relational therapist and believe it a privilege to sit with people while dealing with life’s challenges. Through a multi-discipline approach, integrating the practice of healthy social-emotional strategies, positive psychology, love and forgiveness work, I assist the client in their pursuit of personal growth and resolution. I work with people of all ages, individuals, couples and families. I also have a unique specialization with children under the age of five as a trained Infant Mental Health Specialist through the Harris Institute of The Florida State University Center for Prevention and Early Intervention Policy.I am a legal expert in the courtroom; specializing in the family court system. Bringing knowledge to help the family with traumatic & life changing situations, I practice child-parent psychotherapy to assist dynamics due to relational disruptions. I also have expertise in working with trauma, depression/anxiety, grief & chronic pain.I am a Certified Mental Health Intern Supervisor and trained facilitator in the Circle of Security parenting curriculum. Being an adjunct professor at Daytona State College, I have over ten years’ experience as a teacher for community professionals regarding social dilemmas and child/family issues.
