I am very upset as to why you terminated my contract. I actually tried to reach out for help this past week because of my past of issues and family problems which prevented me from keeping my business up to par with stats, etc. My mother has developed either dementia or alzheimer’s disease and I am the only one to care for her. Also my health took a bit of a slide. I finally got things organized to get back on the job. I even reached out in the community to Kim Grier who was the agent I talked a few days ago. I believe after my history of over 4 years with Live Ops, I should have been suspended not terminated. I would have humbled myself back to a beginning agent. I can not believe how people could care less. Put yourself in my shoes, was it not EMPATHY that was most one of the most important qualities in our relationship with each other and the customers? I will end that with what I feel with that last paragraph. I feel you were not fair to me at all in any of the dealings I have had now and in the past. I deserved a fair break.
