I am using livpure pep plus model. It got it service on 1st dec 2016 and as it was out of warranty, I availed amc of rs 4500/-on 1st dec 2016. After few days water taste was spoiled and I raised a complaint on 15th dec, 16th dec and it was closed without any resolvement. Than I had again raised the complaint on 26th dec 2016. Service guy came and told that ro membrane and uv lamp need to be changed. They do not have the spare parts in whole bangalore. Daily, I am contacting at the following contacts: Sri sai madhura enterprises: [protected] Mr suresh-area manager: [protected] Mr dinesh: [protected] Mr raghu-technician Its 5th january and nobody is giving any proper response. They are lingering by saying till now they do not have ro membrane and uv lamp. Its such a shameful that spare parts of livpure are unavailable in whole bangalore. I think livpure is unable to provide good service to the customers and its focus is only on sales. Its not the first time I am facing problem. I am using this model in my home amritsar as well as in bangalore. Its happening every time when I raised service request in bangalore as well as amritsar. Please take strict action against livpure for the customer harrassment. Regards Ruhi sharma
