I had one of the worst experience ever. Yes, I haven’t paid my first installment however I had to chose from being homeless to the car and I kinda like a warm place to sleep and at first they understood. Then they gave me a settlement which the day i was going to go in my grandmother passed away in work overnights and difficult for me to go in so Thursdays and Fridays are my days. I don’t get paid until Fridays. Hence was going to come in yet I unexpectedly lost my grandmother and tried to get them to work with me to come in for the settlement this week and they said “better get your personal items out of your car” That is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Now they won’t even work with me what am I supposed to do things happened like a pile of bricks
