I am not one to write reviews, but this has been such a terrible experience I have to write it. I am also reporting them to the better business burrow. This flower company is the worst I”ve ever dealt with. I ordered flowers and they were not at all what I ordered. I even paid extra for an upgrade. I was told I would be getting a refund and did not receive it. I then called back a month later after checking my statement. They said I would receive it by 5pm. Still nothing. I then called back a week later and the manager said he was busy and to go ahead and write the reviews already. Do not buy flowers from localblossom.com A.K.A. Oshawaflowers.net, Mac Flowers (they have a hundred other names across North America). They didn”t even pay the florist who made the arrangement. They told them they gave me the refund and kept the money. Better Business complaint filed…unreal. Quotes from Better Business Bureau…The BBB has confirmed that the address shown on the website (www.localblossom.com) for We Are The Flowers (one of their many names) is a residential address. The individual who resides in this house has no knowledge of this company. Your BBB has investigated all the addresses listed on the Local Blossom website, for all the supposed local florists, and most of these locations listed on the website are homes. In addition to the residences, one address is a hotel, one is a bank, and one is a health centre, and one is a vacant lot. The domain name registration for www.localblossom.com shows the owner of the website is Roman Buzaker, who owns Local Blossom in Toronto. The BBB of Central Ontario has a review for Local Blossom: http://www.bbb.org/kitchener/business-reviews/florists-retail/local-blossom-in-toronto-on-1209650. Local Blossom has an F rating, and some complaints have gone unanswered.
