I ordered $105.00 of merchandise in early October and was told my order would take 9-12 days to ship. I have contacted the company on four different occasions and was told that the order would be processed today. I have called and asked to speak with a supervisor on two seperate occasions and was put on hold with noone to return to the call. If they are unable to process my order I should be contacted and given a refund but you cannot get anyone on the phone to deal with this. They will just say we will begin processing order now. I think the company is out of business merchandise and still taking customer’s money? Buyer beware. .
