Worst Ever! As a Real Estate Agent and Veteran I can honestly say they are crooks. Their policies, salesmen, and building practices are shady! You will lose your earnest money doing business with these people. I was told several times “You should be lucky we are selling you a house” even though I have a 700+ credit score and I have veterans benefits. I was presented six different payments, each higher than the rest. NEVER TRUST a builder that requires you to use their lender or no deal. Sales counselor was the shadiest person I’ve ever met. They are always the last or only builder in a community so they don’t have to have ANY customer service. Corporate office never answers their phone so don’t expect any help from them. If you buy from them the next problem you will have will be warranty repairs GOOD LUCK with that! I am currently working on a law suite feel free to contact me if you need any help dealing with these crooks!
