The practice of Counseling and Psychotherapy is both an art and a science. I am a humanitarian with a scientific foundation. I integrate research-based data and techniques, with a relationship-based and individualized approach. Symptom relief is very important to me, as is instilling coping strategies that are transformative and can last a lifetime.I personally have a solid and eclectic spiritual foundation, but do not push religion or my views on anyone. In fact, I judge no-one in my work, and unconditional positive regard is a mainstay in my therapeutic relationships.I have been a licensed professional in this field for over 30 years, the last 15 or so as a Co-director of 30A Therapy, and I truly enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I am approaching retirement however, and appointments for new patients may be limited. I am not accepting new patients during the month of JULY 2019.
