I received a letter from a Ukrainian lady living in South Beach, FL. She was very beautiful on outside at least and we wrote several letters to each. She sent me various pics including bikini photos and appeared to be completely sincere in starting a relationship with me. She emphasized us meeting in person but I had to pay a $400 fee to set up the meeting which I did. Upon our meeting after confusion in coordinating a time and place her interest was totally cold towards me and after a $200+ steak dinner I dropped her at home I guess. Almost immediately when I arrived back at my hotel she texted that she didn”t see us getting together because I”am a follower of Christ. I emphasized to her in my letters on two occasions that I could not get with a lady who wasn”t willing to commit to my faith. The obvious scam was to get the $400 meeting fee which was paid to the loveme.com agency. But I”d bet my paycheck this lady received a great portion of that $400. Gentleman please beware, this could have turned out worse.
