Since I am a working lady, life is always busy and tough for me. Holidays are rare and when I do get hold of free time I want to enjoy at the fullest. My friends and I had been planning for a holiday for a long time and after a long wait, we got the opportunity to relax and refresh ourselves. We went to Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel and had a nightmare of an experience. The moment we reached I asked the guy at the security desk where I could plug my electric car on charging and they sent me to a hotel where cars get charged and the staff at the hotel told me that the charging place is at the parking lot so I had to drive back to the parking lot to put my car on charge. The parking lot is very small and has limited slots for parking. Their staff doesn’t even have sufficient information about their hotel to guide the clients. What good can you expect from them? I was already tired and I had to roam around all over just because of their negligence. The buffet at the hotel is a thumb down big time because it is full of rotten food and the chefs need to go back to their training classes because they know nothing about cooking. The casino is relatively small than other casinos and doesn’t have an attractive decor. They need to improve the running programs of their casinos because they are no fun. Their point program is a disappointment and it is not possible to earn points easily or free play. The rooms at the hotel need remodelling because they seem old fashioned and have outdated furniture. The mattress and bedsheets had spots and were not washed properly. We found strands of hair on the bedsheet and we had to immediately call the bell service to replace the sheets. The service is rude, harsh and mean. If you complain about something they argue and talk down to you. The smell of cigarette smoke was all over the place. I didn’t want my clothes to stink all day so I had to wash up and change before lunchtime. The coffee shop staff is very lame and lazy. We went around the closing time and the barista stopped making our coffee to turn off the lights because she was in a hurry to leave. The check out was unpleasant because of their slow service and their prices for everything are so high. After I returned I got a notice of $275 charge on my credit card. When I called the hotel they told me that my dog damaged their chair when my Dog was with me all the time and he never damaged any of their property. Such liars they are. I do not recommend this place to anyone because it is not worth your money.
