I have been trying to get help with me not receiving my $50 sweeps cash for purchasing the $9.99 package that was offered as a promotional email. Since 11 a.m. yesterday morning I have been trying to get customer service to fix the amount of sweeps cash that was not credited to me. I got automatic response after automated response after automated response until finally I received an email that said that they needed the transaction ID number they could be located on the email receipt from my purchase. I have never received any email receipt for any purchase that I’ve made and I’ve made lots of purchases on this site. So upon bringing that to their attention and asking for help a customer service agent actually has the audacity to say and I quote “man [censored] you”… I would be lying if I said that I have encountered a worse situation dealing with customer service and dealing with a problem that they should be fixing but I rather cussing at me ( a paying customer) for reasons unbeknownst to me I have attached a picture of the email offer they were sent to me that I tried to redeem and I will attach the photos of the conversation between me and the customer service agent
