This company has an easy 30 day trial for this product. What they dont tell you is the return policy. There is small T&C at the bottom of one of the ordering pages and after they tell you about it (when you complain) you find out you do not have 30 days free trail, but 14 days to receive, try and return it, or they will not allow a return. Lucklily,I hated it and after ordering it on 12/26/13, put it back in the mail on 1/2/14 with a signature required on it by the post office. I have a return authorzation number, but dont trust them and fear they will try to charge me $80 on auto shipment, despite returning product and meeting their requirements. So I have documentating I am documenting all of this on this complaint page dated 1/2/14, because there is no way of documenting your cancellation call to them. By the way, the cancellation number is about 18 numbers long- a phony number, or is that how many are being returned. .
