I have already reported this matter to Better Business Bureau, however, their response was that “the company does not want to cooperate and you may go to the small claim court” (going to small claim court is my next step). I contacted Mabe in the last week of April 2014, as my washer was making holes in our cloths. They sent a technician, who said that there is nothing wrong with the washer and asked me to change some settings, for example, use warm water and casual cloth setting. I am not a technical person, I did as he asked me to and the result was same, my washer was still making holes. I called them again and was told by the customer care representative that the technician refused to go back as he says that there is nothing wrong with the washer. However, the technician became ready to look at the washer after I talked to one of the Mabe managers. Technician gave the same answer that there is nothing wrong with the washer and left without even checking the washer. I had to call a technician from other services company and they told me that one of the parts is defective and needs to be replaced, which I was ready to and the part was replaced. My washer does not make holes anymore, however, I had to pay for the labor which I should not have as the washer is still under warranty. .
