1. The agency (Isabella and Cristina) have deployed a supposedly ALL AROUND staff (Aisa) to my residence 3 weeks ago just to find out that she does NOT know anything at all e.g. even basic cooking. ** They have pushed for people from the province particularly Cebu since they claim to be more stable in finishing contracts. However aside from the agency fee, the employer (me) settled for the P3, 000 airfare. 2. Being the good christian, I patiently did most of Aisa”s supposed work in the hopes that she would learn the ropes. 3. 8 days after Aisa admitted that I was the 5th employer because the first 4 gave up on her due to incapabilities. Thus the first 4 employers paid for the P3, 000 airfare (money making!) 4. After series of me calling the agency and no firm feedback from them, decided to give up Aisa after 10 days. And since I was no longer satisfied with the agencies story-telling (a-lie) c/o Melvin, I demanded for a full refund. According to the agency all I needed to do was to send an email. 5. Email after email, no action was made. Obviously they did not want to return my HARD EARNED money, they force to give me a replacement. 6. The replacement came (Rachel Sausa Rosal), the agency confirmed that they have crossed check the person prior to deployment. 7. Upon MY personal verification, none of the contact numbers given were working thus info given was bogus. 8. I called the agencies attention (Paul Javier) and advised that they have failed to perform the background check and will TRY to verify when possible. 9. Imagine, they deploy people without verification. These people who you leave your children and household with ALONE. Maid Providers is a swindling company. A company incapable of compasion and genuiness. BEWARE.
