I should have read the reviews first before dealing with them. Now I learned it from my own experience with MakerGeeks. I have never dealt with such unorganized customer service that can’t get their stuff together and do their job as it has to be done. My order consisting of 3 expensive items were shipped only 4 weeks after it was placed. If I hadn’t bombarded them with my numerous emails, they would have never moved their fingers to do anything at all. Because they were sooo busy. But why am I as a customer should think about their problems? If they can’t organize themselves, whose fault is it then? Customers’?
