?Hello ?Dear Sir/ Ma”am, ?To whom it May concern ?I write this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment of employees in your branch. ?The problem is, On Monday 24th of June, before closing working hours in Saudi Arabia for prayer times at 6:40 pm. I went to the vendors to pay what I have chosen, then the employee Nada said “Everyone who is still shopping should go to the cashiers because we are closing. For the rest people, who still does not finished must go out!” I was the eighth client and when my turn came, the employee Fatima told me “leave your purchases, I am not going to serve you!” I told her “I am shopping here for more than half an hour. Why can not I buy and leave?” Then she threatened me by calling police loudly, and embarrassed me in front of the people. Then, I left my purchases because I felt insulted. Then, she pushed me and she tightened my hand to get me out of the store in an impolite way I was embarrassed by what she did to me and my daughter was crying very hard. All these were happened in front of people and surveillance cameras, without fear of affect your shop”s reputation negatively. ??In fact, I tried to complain to the supervisors Amani and Yahya at your branch (Mango), but they tried to cover them, so they did not receive the complaint. ??I have suffered a psychological trauma with the disease increased and my planners was failed to buy clothes for attend an important meeting That was because of that attitude. ??Therefore, I would like to be compensated for the damage done to me or to take what pleases me about… ??-Compensation tangible about abuse. ??-Compensation tangible about About time wasted in shopping. ??-Tangible and moral compensation For push and try beating the face. ??-Compensation moral About the psychological trauma that lasted for three consecutive days. ??-Compensation tangible About the discounts that I missed due to the treatment of female employees. ??Thank you for taking care of your inquiries I believe this is what makes your brand successful all around the world ??That happened in your branch in Saudi Arabia – Riyadh – Al Kharj. ??Appreciate your prompt reply. ??Thanks.
