I subscribed to map my fitness 3 years ago for a 1 year free trial. The following year, I was charged 29.99 autorenewal which I had already cancelled. I had to file a dispute with my Visa and was given my money back. Last year, the very same thing happened, again they were forced to return my money and cancel my membership. I was looking through my Visa records from Christmas and unfortunately, didn’t catch it before I paid my Visa bill, but they charged me 29.99 again this year. When I went on the website, there was no phone number to call and when I called the phone number on my bill, it was American Express and they said they couldn’t help because I needed to call Visa. I went back on Map my fitness website to cancel the membership, and it won’t allow me to do it unless I check a box that says I won’t dispute any charges that already exist. Help
