I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1997 providing counseling addressing many issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, loss issues, and grief. I relocated in 2015 from New Jersey to Florida and I enjoy helping individuals and families find the sunshine in life.I utilize a combination of methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure techniques, and rational emotive therapy to address issues with depression and anxiety. I identify family of origin patterns and utilize emotion-focused therapy to address relationship conflicts. I use education to help normalize clients situations and improve insight.I provide individual and marital counseling. I offer day and evening appointments. As a professional courtesy, I can provide billing receipts on an out of network basis. I also accept Medicare and Aetna plans.
