I placed an online order with this company on 24/03/16. The money was taken out of my account the same day. I had no reply by 01/04/16 so I tried to call (1 week later). The phone number just puts you on hold, they do not reply to emails, and their live chat keeps you waiting. In the end I had to drive to their “shop” (it’s a upstairs office) in Morpeth to try to get to speak to someone to find out what is happening, spoke to a bloke called Richard who told me the goods were coming from their head office in Southampton. On the “live chat” I was told that the goods were coming from Europe. I asked to pay “Express Freight” as my customer had waiting 2 weeks by this point, but I was told that it is coming from Italy by road and would take another week, ( As a business i ship about 40, 000 items each year to over 120 different counties and I can get goods from the USA in 2 days), in the end I had to refund my customer (the same day) but I’m still waiting for my money back off this bunch of clowns. Ive logged this complaint with the Trading Standards, The Citizen Advise Bureau and the Police (as this is fraud, and they have stolen money off me). Do not buy off this comany!, buy off a company that respects it customers! Also the picture shown on the google map is NOT there premises. They are an upstairs office above a kids play area unit, that looks like it is closed down years ago and looks like it has been broken into. Very hard to find. No goods and no refund.
