Hello, I purchased some “Mary’s Gone Crackers” crackers and ate some yesterday, June 12th 2019, and chipped a molar on the back right side of my mouth. These crackers are very hard to begin with but then the seeds are very small, super hard and pointy. I have since found out that this happened to many people. This is unsafe and can lead to pain and expensive dental repairs. I believe the only resolution in my case is that the company pays for my dental repairs. As for as the future, this company needs to be notified and either pull their product off the market or modify it so this can be avoided. Many people have already experienced broken teeth, something must be done to prevent anymore people from going through the same nightmare. Thank you, [name removed] [protected]@gmail.com

I purchased Mary”s Gone Crackers new product Sticks and Twigs to try it. Imagine my horror, when I broke my tooth on it! The company is not responding to my requests to pay for dental repair and to reformulate the product (I am not the only one who has broken a tooth on it).

I purchased Mary’s Gone Crackers at the Seattle [original] Costco. The crackers tasted great, however, the crackers and the seeds indented several spots on a lower front tooth. Additionally, the product pealed back the enamel of that tooth. Secondly, a top tooth was broken. Having visited my dentist, I learned the cost to repair both teeth exceeds $700. Initially I contacted Costco Customer Service, who forwarded my situation to Costco Complaint Department. According to the Complaint Department, Mary’s Gone Crackers would be in touch with me within the week. I have followed through each week with Costco Complaint representative for over 3 weeks without a single response from MGCs. If I hear from you that this is a complaint you will proceed with, I will send you a photo to ensure the accuracy of my account. Thank you.
