Dear Mascot Cosplay team, please, tell me: do you have customer service or not? This question doesn’t let me sleep. Sooner or later but I would still be happy to get my Yo Gabba Gabba Plex Mascot Adult Costume I bought for $439!!! I wish anyone to pick up the phone at least once! I wish anyone would reply me via email at least once! Is it so hard to do? What about other customers? You forgot about them as well? Actually, I’m interested in getting a refund more than in getting the costume. Don’t want to out of so much money.
