I regret buying a car from Maserati-Alfa Romeo of St. Petersburg. This car dealer offered me poor customer service, and despite this, they delivered my car in poor condition. I wish I never meet them online.
I recently got a job promotion and became the director of finance in one of the leading companies in Pinellas Park. The pay was amazing, and this was the time to change my lifestyle. I took my kids to better schools, enrolled my wife in evening classes for her to finish her degree. Everything was amazing. After a few months, my car started developing complications, and I knew this was the time to buy myself another car. I started looking at the available car dealers online, and this is how I came to learn about Maserati-Alfa Romeo of St. Petersburg. This particular car dealer was terrific and offered a vast collection based on what they had posted online. Their online website was lively, and I decided to book an appointment to see what they had for me.
The appointment was scheduled during the weekend, considering that I work throughout the entire week. On the weekend, I arrived at their premises before time. It took me close to thirty minutes to find parking space, considering they did not have a parking lot. This was odd, but I let it go. At the receptionist’s desk, there was no one to attend to my needs. This was a complete waste of time. It took me half an hour in the waiting area before someone walked my way. The young lady claimed to be the receptionist, and since the manager was not around, she was to take me through the various cars they had on sale. The cars were amazing, and i settled for one particular pre-owned 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti. This car seemed to be in good condition, and the price was within my budget. I asked the receptionist to fill me in about the car, but she was not in a position to. I had to come back on Monday when the manager was in the office.
Although I found a suitable car, I felt this was poor management. How could one of the leading car dealers have one operation manager and no sales agent to guide the clients on their inventory on a Saturday? I assumed that not knowing it was a sign. On Monday, I went back to Maserati-Alfa Romeo of St. Petersburg to see the manager who was a talkative man. Can you believe he did not give me a chance to ask any questions? This was awful.
He explained to me that the pre-owned 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti was three months and had a one year warranty. He assured me the car was as good as new, and there was no need to have a mechanic inspect it before buying. I was convinced and paid for the vehicle. The car was delivered to me after two days, together with the paperwork. After driving the car for a few weeks, the breaks started failing, which was odd. The engine was also overheating after driving a few miles. I took the car to the local mechanic for examination, and it was determined the car had damaged engine parts. I went back to pre-owned 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti to claim the warranty. This was not easy, but they finally had my car fixed.
