. I received a local Money saving coupon from Master Cleaning with local phone number for Atlanta. The Coupon was stated 4 Rooms for $39.99 NO Hidden fees, the guy had very strong accent whom I hardly could understand, after the service guy (Dan) came to clean the carpet he said, “if I want to remove the stain I have to pay extra $40.00 with the guarantee of removing the stains and they will come back to clean it up if the stains does not removed”. I accepted the extra price and he cleaned the carpet and left. When the carpet was wet it did not show the stains but when I came back home and the carpet was dry, the stains appeared again, I called back in a few days and schedule a time to check the stains, she gave me an appointment on 8th days after the original cleaning. The guy came and said, “This is after the 7 days period that we have and I don’t know if the stains are new or they are the same ones”. So we were arguing about the issue, although he was the same guy came to clean my carpet, he was denying remembering the stains. He left without the cleaning and denied the Guaranteed promise. I called the company to complain about the service and the guy said “I call you back very rudely and hung up on me.” It looks like they have nationwide service with local phone numbers coupon and the Receipt address and number belong to different phone number in Virginia Beach. I just have read another complaint from another customer in different state. .
