I have two issues to raise with Kaspersky, the first of which I have already brought to the company’s attention… Many I.T. Support staff register products on the clients behalf. Those professionals cannot under Australia privacy laws enter client information. For that reason Kaspesky should allow I.T. professionals to enter their own contact information with a reference to the client. It is after all the I.T. personnel you’re dealing with. Not the end client. Also I see Kaspersky is sending renewal notices out directly to clients. Even though stores have made the initial sale and in some cases won over clients from other products… “that’s a real slap in the face”. Michael Jenkins – Owner / Manager of Masterlink Computers Qld
