Good morning, I wanted to send in a review about one of my favorite tops I purchased at Maurice”s last December. It”s referred to as the “24/7 Striped Tee with Colored Yoke and Lace Sleeve Inlay” (see this link for photo: www.maurices.com/product/the-24-7-striped-tee-with-colored-yoke-and-lace-sleeve-inlay/23201) I used to wear this shirt all the time and took great care when washing so as to not damage the top. However, the lace hasn”t even lasted 6months and has begun to shred (see attached photo below). This is rare for me to see a product from Maurice”s last for such a short time and it is especially upsetting since I used to receive so many compliments on it. I hope the top continues to be produced with this review in mind. I”d love to purchase another one however I hope the lace would last longer. Thank you for your time!

Hello, my name is Sara Daniel. My daughter works for Maurices in Victoria, Texas. She is a full time student at the community college and she turned in her class schedule 2 times to her manager. in spite of this, they continue to schedule her at the exact same time as classes. Tonight, this was her “manager”, Brooke”s, response. This is completely unacceptable, and I hope something is done quickly to remedy this. “No absolutely not school is never an excuse to not be able to be accountable for your shifts. You knew what you were getting into decided to balance work and school. This is something I have very little compassion for because I have continue to balance work, school, and being a single mom. It takes some sleepless night but if you want a degree bad enough while still being and adult and proving for my son I”ll do whatever it takes. sorry if I”m coming on strong but it really just comes down to times management.” Are you serious? This is what Maurices has chosen and allowed to be in a position of leadership? I have instructed my daughter to keep every single one of their correspondences. If something isn”t done, I will take this further. I understand my daughter is legally an adult but this is something I felt the need to step in on. here’s my sad story: 1) I ordered jeans that were on their big deal sale. 2) Paid as usual 3) 2 weeks later I got nothing and called them to figure the things out 4) I was said that the jeans were on back order and they didn’t know when exactly they would be available again. 5) Two days later I got a notification stating that my order was canceled all of a sudden even though I never requested that!!! 6) Called them to remind of a refund. They said yes, we know, but didn’t do anything. 7) It’s been one week and there’s no sign of anything at all: customer service, money, and information. Yes, I am aware that money isn’t usually reimbursed fast, but I would like to be notified of everything. Unfortunately, it’s impossible.

I received a message from Maurices support that my order was successfully delivered but I did not receive anything. Their rep said that order was delivered to my home address and he was surprised to hear that I did not get anything. They said “probably” so they were not even sure what actually happened. They also said that refund was not possible because status of my order was “delivered”. These people gave me nothing but trouble and because of their poor service I lost my money. Be careful!

I ordered 5 items making my order beneficial when ordering from Canada . You removed one item that you didn”t have in stock and shipped the order the same day without giving me time or option to replace it . You removed the money from my account the same day I placed the order . Within five minutes you had your money . Then you never adjusted the amount or refunded the amount for the missing item . The duty on the order missing the item are higher And also the taxes . I called to get an explanation . A manger named Courtney was more than unprofessional with me . She said she cannot look at the billing and know nothing about transactions. I offered to screen shot the billing and send it to her and she declined . She offered me no other source to turn to for explanation . I then went online to talk to a representative and asked for another contact other that Courtney . Courtney jumped on the chat thread and started responding to em after I said I wished no longer to deal with her . I have since been in contact with Maurice”s head office and have sent the chat thread to them . I have never seen sick unprofessiknalism in your stores and I will never use you services again . Every customer deserves to be treated with respect . The reason you all have jobs is because of your customers. Maybe this is why there seem be very few Maurice stores ?

She said she was “getting rid” of the girl because she didn”t like her. I also overheard talking about this with customers present and said she was going to make sure she quit. I will absolutely tell anyone with ears about this and encourage them to boycott as well. Shame on you Rebecca.
