In December 2014 I entered into a contract stating I would be paid to transport Medco/CTI patients from their homes to doctors offices, law firms, etc. and be compensated for miles and hours waiting for these patients as they completed their appointments. After received emails of instructions to who and where to go and completing the tasks, I was to fax all invoices and then wait up to 4 weeks for compensation. After waiting 2 months and numerous phone calls, with no return calls, I finally receive a Chase Bank check that was no good. I tried cashing it numerous times with no positive results. It is now March 31, 2015 and still no return calls and no compensation. They are very rude and unprofessional. There is a main contact, Heidi and they give names of Accounting of Gabby and Kelly, but they never respond either. The last drive I did was 1/15/15 and in total this company owes me $763. 20 and I will not stop until this payment is made good and with additional aggrevation to be added. I will make one further attempt to receieve monies in April by sending a fax of exactly what is going on and if I do not receive positive results I wll be starting a class action lawsuit. If there are other drivers who are also victim to this company, please find a way to contact me as I will need all names to make this a stronger case. In the meantime, please do not do any further driving for this company. .
