– Date: 9/15/2017 – Reservation number: AGKTPHI – Incident: I showed my ticket to a gentleman, who told me the bus is the right one. I thought that is the checking in so I headed to the door. A lady stopped me and yelled at me, asking why I didn’t check in with her. I was confused at first but I still gave her my ticket. When she gave back to me, I tried to get the paper and find a seat on the bus soon, so I might take the paper faster than she expected. She yelled at me asking why I “snatched the paper and had a bad attitude”. I told her I don’t have an attitude, she said she refused to let me in because she had the right. I tried to communicate with her but she ignored me. I tried to ask her name but she doesn’t look at me at all. So I used my phone to take a picture of her. Then I called customer service of Megabus try to confirm her name. The lady started laughing and said very rude comments at me, and then drove the bus away without giving me her name or any explanation. I didn’t try to get on the bus to engage in further arguments because I don’t want to delay other people’s schedule and the lady doesn’t seem capable of engaging in reasonable conversations. – The bus number: The megabus number is PB70261. The bus leaves Chicago to Detroit at 7:40 am. I will not show the lady’s picture for her right of profile, but I will use the picture when I see fit. – Desirable resolution: I ask Megabus to provide me the full name of the driver to me and use disciplinary procedures against the driver and a full refund of my bus fare plus loss of my time.
