Life comes with countless situations from which we can experience growth, but at times not without pain. When it gets hard to deal with a situation on your own, an unbiased third party can be a great solution. What kinds of difficult situations is life throwing at you? Perhaps your relationship is on the rocks or maybe depression, anxiety, or even PTSD have their grasp on you. You don’t have to live with these challenges forever; we can work together to overcome them. I work through a Christian perspective (when requested) and a systemic lens which considers what affect our upbringing, social circle, work/school, and general life experiences have on our behavior, relationships, and overall feelings. My goal is to help individuals and couples work through internal and external conflict to reach your full potential.Reaching out for help can be understandably intimidating, and it is often through our fears and challenges that we make the biggest changes. As we work together, we will move at a comfortable pace to meet your needs and goals.
