I believe counseling is a journey of self discovery where the client and therapist work together to explore and facilitate change. It is a time when the focus is solely on the client and the concerns that are challenging him or her. I believe that everyone holds the answers to their own concerns and I allow the client to determine the direction and depth therapy should take while guiding the journey. Through my experience working with individuals, families, and couples I have facilitated this process through support and guidance. I work in the exploration of cycles helping clients to break the patterns which keep them “stuck”. I help clients identify the root cause of these patterns and work to push them towards a healthier and peaceful life. I have several specialties including working with adolescents, relationship issues, couples, and a Sex Therapist in training.Opening your soul to a stranger requires strength. In my practice I create a caring, compassionate, and warm atmosphere where privacy and confidentiality are honored and upheld.
